Where is my order?


All orders are printed on demand and are processed within 5-12 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Most U.S. orders are received within 10 days and international orders take up to 21 days. You will receive tracking when your order is on the way.


Orders are printed, packed and shipped in the USA. Shipments are made via trackable service. For multiple-item orders, items may ship separately. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is headed your way.


Please allow 1 day for tracking information to update on your order. If you are unable to track your order, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.


My order hasn’t shipped yet; can I add another item to it?


Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined once submitted. Please complete a new order for your additional items.



What if I need to cancel my order?


Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel before the item is printed. Once it's printed, you cannot cancel. If changes need to be made to the order please email customerservice@teelaunch.com with the following information:


Name and email on the order.

Order number.

Provide the website: fitz-and-the-tantrums.myshopify.com


What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?


Please follow the Return / Exchange Instructions below within 10 business days of receiving your shipment.


Can I exchange for a different size?


We offer a one-time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. (For example, if the original size on the order is M, we would replace with either S or L.)


We do not offer size exchanges on baby onesies and all over print orders.


What if I have a different product issue?


If you received the wrong product, the wrong size (different from the size you ordered), or a damaged product, please send a picture of the item in question and we will gladly replace or refund the merchandise without additional charge.


Because products are custom printed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.


Return/Exchange Instructions:

  • Email our Customer Service team at fitzsupport@threetenmerch.com with the following information:
    • Order confirmation number
    • First and last name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Photo of the incorrect/damaged item (if applicable)
    • Description of your issue


Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:

The items listed below cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All sales of these items are final except only in the case of a manufacturer's defect, backorder, unshipped pre-order, or undeliverable package.

  • Any apparel item deemed by the Fitz and the Tantrums Store to show obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition for reasons not due to an error on the part of the Fitz and the Tantrums Store.
  • Any physical media (CDs, DVDs, Vinyls, etc) that has been opened (removed from its plastic wrap)
  • Underwear or Bathing Suits
  • Music or Book Pre-Orders
  • Any autographed, collectible items
  • Any downloadable media
  • Bundles
  • Anything listed as Limited Edition
  • Sale or Clearance items

The Fitz and the Tantrums Store will not re-ship any order or refund any customer whose order is not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.


All international orders have an estimated delivery time of 1-6 weeks. Shipping time not guaranteed.

Customs and Duties

Any customs or import duties that are levied on your order, and/or customs declarations and regulations required once it reaches its final country of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the application of charges, nor the number of charges to be levied.

International Shipping Methods

International Economy and Standard Shipping: This is done in conjunction with your local postal service. Shipments are trackable until they arrive in the destination country. If you have questions about your order you should contact your local postal service.

International Expedited Shipping: These shipments will be trackable from shipment until delivery.

All sizing is in inches. Sizing may vary slightly by +/- 1”

Width = With article laying flat and measuring across the chest just under the arms

Height = With article laying flat and measuring top of the shoulder to bottom
